Yes, it's true if you did watch the match between ManUtd vs Sunderland. He was unfit. He took almost 1 minutes to give the Yellow card. He blocked the players' way to run because he ran very slow in referee standard. High tempo game will become low tempo because of this unfit referee. I strongly agree with Fergie. Alan Wiley was unfit!
